Are the shutters noisy to operate?
No. Our motorized systems are nearly silent, and even our manual models are designed for smooth, discreet use.
Can people see in from outside?
Once the shutters are closed, no. You get total privacy and complete darkness. For businesses that want to stay visible, the VRM Industries Lumen clear slat is also available.
How much does it cost?

Are the shutters compatible with my existing home?
In the vast majority of cases, yes. Our shutters mount on practically any surface: brick, wood, PVC, concrete. We confirm it at the measuring visit.
What is the difference between a manual and a motorized shutter?
A manual shutter is operated with a crank: simple, reliable, no electrical installation. A motorized shutter is operated by a switch or a Somfy remote and can be automated or integrated into your smart home. Both options exist on our products, and motorization can be added later.
