Do the shutters meet insurers' requirements?
Yes. Our shutters are designed to meet insurers' requirements for exterior protection: RC2 and RC3 resistance classes (EN 1627 to EN 1630). After installation, we give you the useful information for your file (invoice, installation details, photos).
What is the warranty?
Roller shutters are warrantied 5 years for residential use and 1 year for commercial use; Somfy motors are warrantied 5 years.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. We offer preventive maintenance plans, particularly useful for industrial sites.
Can opening and closing be automated?
Yes. Several Somfy motorization options exist, with remote control, scheduling or automated scenarios.
Do you work on non-standard or very large openings?
Yes. Each installation is custom-made: loading docks, large bays, irregular openings. We assess the constraints on site.
